How does the lottery work?

Havering Local Lottery has recently been launched by Havering Volunteer Centre. It was set up to help good causes to connect with their supporters.

A ticket for Havering Local Lottery costs £1 a week. 50p of that comes to us as your chosen charity and a further 10p goes to another worthy cause in Havering.

How to enter:

  • Click on the pink ‘play now’  button to launch the lottery page
  • Click on the ‘buy tickets’ button to purchase your ticket
  • Select your six lucky numbers. Alternatively, you can let the system generate them for you (you can purchase more than one ticket if you wish)
  • Make payment. This can be a one-off payment, or a regular monthly direct debit payment of £4.34 if you prefer to play the lottery weekly.

Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000! There’s a better chance of winning the jackpot than the National Lottery or the Health Lottery.

Playing the lottery

You must match the first or last 2 to 6 numbers in a row to win! The lottery is drawn weekly and winners are notified by phone or post.

  • Match all six numbers and win £25.000
  • Match five numbers and win £2,000
  • Match four numbers and win £250
  • Match three numbers and win £25
  • Match two numbers and win 3 extra tickets

Lottery results are published weekly here
